Meetings
Regular club meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month with the exception of July and December. During July we have out members only summer picnic, and in December our members only Holiday party and awards presentation.
The regular monthly club meetings are scheduled to begin at 7:00pm following a half-hour social period.

Format:
On the typical meeting night the doors will open approximately 6:30pm and will have a social period until 7:00pm. At the start of the meeting all club business will be discussed which lasts anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes depending on the agenda. Usually there is another brief break that allows the program or speaker time to set-up.
After the brief intermission there is a program that typically lasts for 45 minutes to an hour. The topics of these programs can be as wide as the hobby itself. Sometimes it is a video or local club member while at other times it is a well known speaker from the hobby such as Ad Konings, Karen Randall or Bob Fenner.
At the conclusion of the program the club members set up for a mini-auction of fish and aquarium related goods. Typically this lasts anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour when the meeting concludes. We also have a raffle of donated goods from our sponsors.
On average the meetings usually last until 9:30 or 10:00 pm and often we go out for a late dinner with our guest speaker.
